At VerySmartPhones, we make our Return Policy really simple.

When you receive your item, you must check the order accuracy as soon as possible following receipt. You must absolutely ensure that a return pre-payed label is obtained before attempting to return any items to us. Failure to follow our returns procedure may prevent from getting a refund or a swap for your order. To get a refund, you must inform us within 14 days from the day on which you received your order. We will cover all shipping costs.

In order to initiate a return with us, you must obtain a pre-paid return label by completing this online form. 

Wrong item received

If we have shipped the wrong item by mistake, which would be very unusual, we will want to resolve the matter as quickly as possible for you. You will get a refund but you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received it. Make sure you take reasonable care of the item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and print your pre-paid return label.

Damaged or faulty items

We will ask you to accept our sincere apologies if you ever receive an item that is damaged or faulty. We truly understand how frustrating and deceiving this can be and will want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. You will get a refund, or you can ask for a swap, but you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received it. Make sure you take reasonable care of the item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and print your pre-paid return label.

Item not received

We will ask you to accept our sincere apologies if you have not received an item. We have a strict and rigorous packing process and it is very unlikely that an item can be missing. If it ever happens, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. An image of the packing slip must be sent to us along with your claim in order to receive the same exact missing product.

Returns under warranty

we, at VerySmartPhones, offer a 6 month warranty on every item sold. If you notice a failure within the warranty period, please contact us and state the encountered problem(s). We assure you of all our efforts in bringing you the best solution. When minor, we can offer to repair the damaged item(s) at our expenses, otherwise we will exchange the item within 3 weeks. The latter solution is subject to availability; if our current stocks should do not allow it, we will refund your purchase. Make sure you take reasonable care of the item and notify us within the warranty period.
